单侧完全性唇裂歪鼻畸形行鼻综合整复术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究单侧完全性唇裂歪鼻畸形患者行鼻综合整复术的临床疗效。方法以我院近两年收治的单侧完全性唇裂歪鼻畸形的30患者为研究对象,根据检查结果确定手术的方案。随后根据患者的病情行鼻综合整复术,存在鼻窦炎的患者进行鼻窦炎治疗。结果 30例患者的手术效果均满意,经1年的跟踪观察,无复发、感染症状。结论鼻综合整复术的疗效显著,效果持续性强,是治疗单侧完全性唇裂歪鼻畸形的有效方式。Objective To explore the clinical effect of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity in patients with deviated nasal plasty combined.Methods To treated in our hospital in the past two years the unilateral complete cleft lip crooked nasal deformity of 30 patients as the research object,according to the test results to determine the operation of the program.Then according to the patient＇s condition,the patients underwent nasal surgery,and the patients with sinusitis were treated with sinusitis.Results The surgical results of 30 patients were satisfied,after 1 years of follow-up observation,no recurrence,infection symptoms.Conclusion comprehensive correction of nasal surgery effect is significant,the effect lasts strong,treatment of the unilateral complete cleft lip with the crooked nasal deformity of the effective way.
