中药敷背散按时辰用药对小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药敷背散时辰用药对小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证治疗效果的影响。方法湖南中医药大学第一附属医院儿科2013年5月至2014年8月收治肺炎患儿90例，随机分为辰时组（7～9时）、巳时组（〉9～11时）和申酉时组（15～19时）各30例。3组均给予西医常规治疗和敷背散外敷。治疗7d后观察3组临床疗效。结果3组临床症状均有明显好转，申酉时组证候和疾病痊愈率均优于辰时组、巳时组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．017）；辰时组、巳时组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．017）。结论按时辰使用敷背散佐治小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证具有较好疗效，临床上值得推广。Objective To explore the treatment effect of chronotherapy of Fubei powder on infantile pneumonia of phlegm-heat stagnating in lung. Methods A total of 90 patients with infantile pneumonia ad- mitted to Hunan University of TCM from May 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into three groups（n= 30） according to medication time,Three groups were given conventional western medicine treatment and Fubei powder. The administration time of first group was 7 ： 00 to 9 .. 00, the second group 9 ： 00 to 11 ： 00, the third group 15 ： 00 to 19 ： 00. After 7 days of treatment, the treatment outcomes of the three groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms were significantly improved in all the 3 groups,and the third group had a statistically higher overall response rate than the other two groups（P〈0. 017）, while the first and second group had no statistical difference in treatment effect（P〉0. 017）. Conclusion Chronotherapy of Fubei powder has significant effect on infantile pneumonia of phlegm-heat stagnating in lung, and can be widely used in clinic.
