郑氏伤科按摩治疗膝创伤性滑膜炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察郑氏按摩治疗膝慢性创伤性滑膜炎的疗效。方法:将40例确诊患者随机分为两组。对照组采用扶他林软膏外涂法,治疗组采用郑氏伤科按摩法。以4周为1个疗程,对两组Lysholm膝关节评分、疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)进行评定。结果:两组与治疗前比较,治疗后其Lysholm膝关节评分、VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏按摩治疗膝慢性创伤性滑膜炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe efficacy of the Zheng＇s massotherapy on knee traumatic synovitis. Methods： 40 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was administrated with the external application of Voltaren cream, while the treatment group was given the Zheng＇s massotherapy, 4 weeks as a course. Lysholm knee score and pain visual analogue scale in two groups were evaluated. Results： After treatment, differences between lysholm knee score and pain visual analogue scale in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; differences of lysholm knee score and pain Visual Analogue Scale between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zheng＇s chinese massotherapy on knee traumatic synovitis shows a significant effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
