经腹改良Sugiura术与传统断流术的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨并比较经腹改良Sugiura术与传统断流术的临床疗效。方法:收集我院在2011年5月-2014年5月期间接收的门静脉高压症患者88例,按照抛硬币的方式将其分成试验组(44例)和对照组(44例),对照组给予传统断流术治疗,试验组采用经腹改良Sugiura术治疗,观察对比两组患者的ALT水平和门脉压力在手术中与手术后的变化以及各手术指标(术中输血量、术中出血量和手术时间等)的情况。结果:通过对手术中和手术后两组患者的观察,发现试验组患者的ALT水平和门脉压力的下降程度均明显高于对照组患者,同时,试验组的各手术指标也明显优于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良Sugiura术较传统断流术更能有效地改善门静脉高压,明显恢复肝脏功能,降低死亡率。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of modified Sugiura of abdomen and the traditional devascularization. Methods： 88 cases were divided into the test group （44 cases） and control group （44 cases）. The control group received the traditional devascularization; the test group took modified Sugiura of abdomen. During and after surgery, ALT levels, portal pressure and surgery indicators in two groups were compared. Results： ALT levels and portal pressure were more reduced; surgery indicators were better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Sugiura of abdomen can more improve portal hypertension and recovery of liver function, reduce mortalitv.
