从脾论治手部湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药芩连平胃散治疗手部湿疹的临床疗效及安全性,以探索一种安全、疗效可靠的方法。方法:将40例患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例应用芩连平胃散内服进行治疗。对照组20例给予皿治林片口服。两组治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组20例,痊愈4例,显效3例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为75%;对照组20例,痊愈2例,显效2例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率为55%。结论:治疗组优于对照组,具有疗效好,安全性好,患者顺应性强,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Qinlian Pingwei San on hand eczema, in order to explore a safe and reliable method. Methods： 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the treatment group of 20 patients were given oral Qinlian Pingwei San. 20 cases in the control group were given Mizollen tablet. In 1 course of treatment, clinical efficacy in groups was observed. Results： In the treatment group of 20 cases, 4 cases were cured, effective in 3 cases, a little effective in 8 cases, invalid in 5 cases; the total efficiency was 75%. In the control group, 2 cases were cured, 2 cases of markedly, effective in 7 cases, 9 cases was invalid; the total efficiendy was 55%. Conclusion： The treatment group was better, with good efficacy, safety, and worthy of promotion.
