探讨化疗灌注结合益气活血汤在中晚期膀胱癌治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨化疗灌注结合益气活血汤在中晚期膀胱癌治疗中的效果。方法:选取来我院治疗的中晚期膀胱癌患者180例,按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各90例。两组患者均给予双侧髂内动脉化疗灌注治疗,观察组患者在治疗基础上再给予益气活血汤。结果:观察组患者治疗后CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞指标与治疗前相比显著改善,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗前后CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞指标无显著改善,比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的生存率为98.9%,显著高于对照组患者的91.1%,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:化疗灌注结合益气活血汤治疗中晚期膀胱癌能够促进患者康复,提高患者生存率。Objective： To explore efficacy of chemotherapy plus the Yiqi Huoxue decoction on advanced bladder cancer. Methods： 180 cases were divided into the observed group and control group, 90 cases in each. Both groups received internal iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy. The observed group took the Yiqi Huoxue decoction more. Results： After treatment, in the observed group, CD4＋, CD8＋ and NK were more obviously improved than before treatment（P〈0.05）; in the control group, the difference of CD4＋, CD8＋ and NK between before and after treatment was not significant（P〈0.05）. The efficiency was 98.9% in the observed group, obviously better than 91.1% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chemotherapy plus the Yiqi Huoxue decoction was effective on advanced bladder cancer, can promote recovery of body and improve efficiency.
