摘　　要：目的:总结张磊教授治疗脱发的经验。方法:长期跟师侍诊,整理资料,总结分析。结果与结论:张师治疗脱发时先用"血府逐瘀汤"或"通窍活血汤"之类活血化瘀,后再以"滋补肝肾、益气活血"之剂滋养精血,使瘀祛,血养,发生。Objective： To summarize Professor Zhang Lei＇s experience in treating hair loss. Methods： Following Professor Zhang Lei in clinic for a long period and collecting clinical data, which were organized, summarized and analyzed.Results and Conclusion： Professor Zhang Lei starts his treatment of hair loss with ＂Tongqiao Huoxue decoction＂or ＂Xuefu Zhuyu decoction＂, which functions to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and then he applies prescription of ＂nourishing liver and kidney＂ or ＂tonifying qi and activating blood＂ to remove blood stasis, nourish blood and generate hair.
