针刺结合经络导平治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合经络导平治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:108例儿童过敏性鼻炎患者随机分成针刺治疗组、经络导平治疗组、针刺结合经络导平治疗组(综合组)各36例,三组临床疗效比较。结果:针刺治疗组、经络导平治疗组、针刺结合经络导平治疗对照组总有效率分别为86.1%、86.1%、94.4%。针刺组、经络导平治疗组两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义,疗效相差无几,也都能取得较好疗效;综合组和其他两组疗效比较经统计学检验,差异均有统计学意义,说明综合疗法明显优于其他两组疗效。结论:针刺结合经络导平治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎疗效较好。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with channel balance-inducing in treating children allergic rhinitis. Methods： 108 children with allergic rhinitis were randomly assigned into 3 groups, the first group received acupuncture, the second group received channel balance-inducing, the third group received acupuncture combined with channel balance-inducing, and the therapeutic effects of three groups were compared. Results： The total therapeutic effects of three groups were 86.1%、86.1%、94.4% respectively. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with channel balance-inducing had better therapeutic effect in treating children allergic rhinitis.
