桡骨远端伸直型骨折闭合整复小夹板固定配合中药治疗的体会

摘　　要：目的:观察246例桡骨远端伸直型骨折的治疗效果。方法:骨折采用特色的手法闭合整复小夹板固定,中药内服采用分期辨证治疗,中药外用采用早、中期骨折局部给药,药物煎煮浓缩后湿敷骨折部,3周后根据骨折的稳定情况夹板下外敷固定,配合适当的功能锻炼。结果:采用《中医病证诊疗疗效标准》中的标准执行:治愈203例,好转43例,有效率达100.0%。结论:较好的骨折复位小夹板加压垫固定,中药内服及外用治疗,配合合理的功能锻炼,经临床观察效果满意。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of 246 cases of extended fracture of distal radius. Methods： Special small splint fixation, external and internal application of Chinese herbs based on phase differentiation were applied in addition to topical administration of traditional Chinese medicine for external use for the early and middle fracture, 3 weeks later, splint external fixation was made according to the recovery state, appropriate functional exercises were advised. Results： According to Standard of curative effect of TCM Syndromes, 203 cases were cured, 43 cases improved, 0 case was invalid, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusions： Good fracture reduction and splint compression pad fixation, combined with oral administration and external application of Chinese herbs, appropriate functional exercises, helped to achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
