摘　　要：变电站高压支柱瓷绝缘子是电力系统中用于支撑电力设备和防止电流回地的核心部件,为保证支柱瓷绝缘子安全可靠经济运行,制定监督标准,解读高压支柱瓷绝缘子可研规划、工程设计、设备采购、设备制造、设备验收、设备安装、设备调试、竣工验收、运维检修、退役和报废等阶段的全过程技术监督内容,对不同阶段发现影响和威胁支柱瓷绝缘子安全运行的重要问题,所进行的有效检测、试验和抽查等手段,分析评价电力设备健康状况、运行风险和安全水平,对监督预警、告警和整改过程的监督工作提出具体要求。High voltage post insulators of ceramic material in substation are the core parts which are used to support the power equipment and to prevent the current from flowing to the earth in the power system. To ensure safe,reliable and economic operation of strut porcelain insulator and formulate supervision standards,the whole process technical supervision contents of the phases of feasible research and planning,engineering design,equipment procurement,equipment manufacturing,equipment acceptance,equipment installation,commissioning and acceptance,completion acceptance,operation and maintenance,retirement and scrap of high voltage post insulators of ceramic material are interpreted. Effective inspection,test and sampling are conducted to the important problems found on different stages that influence and threat the safe operation of the strut porcelain insulator,and analysis and evaluation of the health status,operational risk and security level of power equipment is also done. Specific requirements for the supervision work of supervising early warning and alarming and rectification are put forward.
