摘　　要：回顾呼吸病学进修医生的带教经验,总结临床带教的注意事项。包括加强岗前培训,强化医德医风教育;注重理论知识教学,培养临床思维;规范提高临床操作技术等,通过关心爱护进修医生,提高其工作主动性。Review the teaching experience of refresher doctors of respiratory medicine, and summary the notes in clinical teaching. It included, organizing personal pre-job training, strengthening medical ethics education,pay attention to theoretical knowledge teaching and the clinical thinking capability training,improve clinical operation, with the care for refresher doctors and increase their work initiative.
