摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现。方法对本院2002年1月～2015年12月收治且经手术后病理证实的6例肾脏嗜酸细胞腺瘤患者临床资料进行回顾分析,结合其临床症状、病理特征及影像表现,对照国内外相关病症文献资料探讨研究,以提高对本病的诊断水平。结果提高影像诊断水平,可避免使患者接受不必要的根治手术。结论肾脏嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现与其他肾脏肿瘤有着一定的差异,加强术前CT诊断能够有效减少肾脏全切除,对肾多灶性肿瘤、肾功能不全患者保留肾功能有重要意义。Objective To investigate the renal oxyphil cell adenoma of CT. Methods Selected 6 cases of renal oxyphil cell adenoma from January 2002 to December 2015 in our hospial, which has been proved by surgery and pathology, and combined with the domestic and foreign related literatures on the clinical symptoms, pathological features and imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed in order to improve the diagnostic level. Results Improving the imaging diagnostic level, could avoid the patients accepted the unnecessary radical surgery. Conclusion From the kidney is addicted to the CT manifestations of eosinophilic adenoma for, the and other renal tumors have certain difference, therefore, to strengthen preoperative CT diagnosis can effectively reduce kidney resection, on renal multifocal tumor, kidney function not all patients retained renal function has a very important significance.
