下肢深静脉血栓形成的综合介入治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨综合介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法选取2012年6月～2014年10月下肢深静脉血栓形成患者21例,采用下腔静脉滤网置入术、下肢静脉置管溶栓、血栓抽吸、支架植入等综合介入技术进行治疗。观察术后患肢肿胀改善、深静脉血流恢复通畅情况、下肢深静脉血栓后遗症发生情况。结果 14例中央型血栓患者经介入治疗症状完全消失、静脉血流恢复、无深静脉血栓后遗症发生。7例混合型血栓患者静脉完全再通3例,部分再通2例,未能再通2例。3例患者出现血栓后遗症。结论介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓恢复静脉通畅率高,疗效确切,中央型治疗效果好于混合型。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods Selected 21 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis by inferior vena cava filter implantation from June 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital, lower extremity venous catheter directed thrombolysis, thrombectomy, stent implantation, and comprehensive interventional treatment. To observe the postoperative limb swelling, improve deep vein patency, sequela of deep vein thrombosis incidence. Results 14 cases of central type of thrombosis in patients with symptoms completely disappeared, venous blood flow recovery, no deep venous thrombosis occurred. 7 cases of mixed type of thrombosis in patients with venous completely through 3 cases, 2 cases of partial again, failed to pass through 2 cases. 3 cases of patients with thrombosis. Conclusion Interventional treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity venous patency rate is high, curative effect is exact, the effect of central type is better than that of mixed type.
