儿童桥本氏甲状腺炎4例临床特征及文献复习

摘　　要：目的分析儿童桥本氏甲状腺炎临床特征及诊疗过程。方法对4例桥本氏甲状腺炎儿童的资料回顾,分析患者的临床表现与实验室检查结果和预后等。结果桥本氏甲状腺炎患儿以生长发育迟缓、甲状腺肿大、倦怠、纳差为主要临床表现;以甲状腺功能减低,相关抗体增高为主要特征。3例经替代治疗后,甲状腺功能恢复正常。1例未予以干预,最终形成甲低。结论儿童桥本氏甲状腺炎临床表现复杂多样,应当充分认识,早期诊断,系统治疗,以减少对儿童生长发育的影响。Objective To analysis the clinical characteristic and treatment process of children with hashimoto＇s thyroiditis（HT）. Methods The clinical treatment of 4 cases of children with HT were retrospectively analyzed. Analysis of the clinical manifestations, laboratory results and prognosis of children with HT. Results Children with HT has many features such as growth retardation, goiter, fatigue, anorexia and characteristics such as hypothyroidism, antibody levels increased. 3 patients underwent replacement therapy, thyroid function returned to normal. One case did not intervene, and ultimately the formation hypothyroidism. Conclusion Children clinical manifestations of HT complex and diverse, should be fully aware, early diagnosis, treatment systems in order to reduce the impact on children＇s growth and development.
