酒石酸美托洛尔对慢性心衰的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析慢性心衰患者接受酒石酸美托洛尔（倍他乐克）临床治疗的效果。方法选取2005年11月～2013年11月我院接收的100例慢性心衰患者进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和治疗组,各50例,对照组使用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加酒石酸美托洛尔进行治疗,对比临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗之后,对照组的临床治疗有效率是80%,治疗组的有效率是94%,两组结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。治疗组的心衰指标改善情况比对照组优秀,结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论酒石酸美托洛尔应用于慢性心衰患者的临床治疗具有比较好的效果,能够改善患者的心衰指标,安全性高。Objective To study the effect of metoprolol on clinical treatment in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Selected 100 cases of chronic heart failure patients received from November 2005 to November 2013 in our hospital were analyzed, which were divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was treated with conventional therapy. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 80%, the effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, and there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group, and the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure patients with clinical treatment has a good effect, can improve the patient＇s heart failure index, high safety.
