摘　　要：J-link仿真器是SEGGER公司推出的支持ARM内核芯片的通用JTAG仿真器。在IAR EWARM集成开发环境下用J-Link仿真器进行程序下载,经常出现下载失败现象,对此进行研究分析,发现主要是两类问题:驱动安装问题和J-link仿真器接线问题。以飞思卡尔公司的32位单片机MK60N512VMD100(简称K60)为例,针对系统版供电问题,文中介绍和分析了通过JTAG进行程序下载的过程、接口电路以及J-Link仿真器的接线问题,从而提出了一个快速解决系统版供电问题的办法,便于嵌入式系统的应用。J-Link ARM,a general JTAG emulator for ARM cores,is a product of SEGGER Microcontroller Gmb H Co. KG（ the manufacturer）. In Embedded Workbench for ARM,the phenomenon of debug failure often appears through J-Link ARM,which is researched and analyzed to find mainly two types of problems： driver installation and J-Link ARM connection problems. Taking Freescale＇s MCU MK60N512VMD100 as an example,the process of debug through the JTAG,interface circuit and the J-Link ARM connection problems are introduced and analyzed in this paper and it puts forward a powerful solution to the power supply problem of system version,which facilitate the develop of the embedded system.
