摘 要:首先介绍了汽车车身软模开发流程,然后从数据管理、二级供应商数量、零件制造工艺以及开发过程控制等方面,对日本与韩国的软模开发方式进行比对。日本与韩国软模开发方式存在较大差别,各自具有其优劣性,需择其优而取之。对国内汽车车身软模开发供应商提高软模开发能力有着重要指导作用。Firstly, This paper introduces body prototype die development flow, and then prototype die development method between Japan and Korea is compared, which inehntes data management, number of Tier Two suppliers, manufacture technology' of parts and development process controh The development method between Japan and Korea presents obvious difference, and both of them have its own advantage and disadvantage. The advantage method tbat we think is better for us should be chosen. It has very important guiding effect for domestic prototype die supplier to improve their prototype die development ability.
