基本心理需求在自主支持感知和努力意愿的中介效应研究——专业排球项目成年队与青年队的横向比较  

Mediating Effect of Basic Psychological Needs between Perceived Autonomy Support and Efforts Willingness-a Comparative Analysis of Adult and Adolescent Volleyball Players

摘　　要：研究目的是在中国情境下,验证自我决定理论中基本心理需求在自主支持感知和运动员努力意愿之间的中介作用。以2013全国排球锦标赛运动员为调研对象,比较成年运动员和青年运动员的教练员自主支持感知、基本心理需求和努力意愿的差异,及其中介路径的不同。结果显示:基本心理需求在教练员自主支持和运动员努力意愿之间发挥完全中介效应;青年运动员的基本心理需求3个子维度均对努力意愿有显著预测作用,而成年运动员呈现出归属感和胜任力对努力意愿的预测作用,自主感对努力意愿预测作用较弱。This paper aims to discuss the mediating effect of basic psychological needs between perceived autonomy support and efforts willingness in athletes. Based on samples of athletes from 2013 national volleyball championship,this paper analyzes the discrepancies of perceived autonomy support,basic psychological needs and efforts willingness between adult and adolescent volleyball players as well as path dependence. Descriptive statistics indicate basic psychological needs have complete mediation effect between autonomy support and efforts willingness. Three variables of basic psychological needs are predictors of willingness of efforts in adolescent players. Competence and relatedness have significant impacts on willingness of efforts in adult players while perceived autonomy support has weak impacts on willingness of efforts.
