摘　　要：高校辅导员是接触学生最密切的群体,与学生朝夕相处,身处大学生思想政治教育第一线,不仅是学生日常行为上的管理者,更是学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。作为开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,在日常学生管理中,辅导员必须扮演好这一角色,注重与学生之间的交流,做到未雨绸缪,谈心工作则是一种最为常见和有效的工作方式。因此,为了帮助大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,高校辅导员在开展谈心工作时要注重其方法、技巧以及语言艺术等,这对于为社会培养合格的现代化人才有着重要作用。结合当前高校辅导员开展谈心工作的现状和工作实践,探讨拓宽谈心工作的渠道以及改进方法,研究不断创新大学生思想政治教育的思路。College counselors are the backbone of the college student management and the main force necessary for the college development. Being tutors and guides to the students, college counselors are playing an important role in ideological and political education. College counselors are direct participants in the moral education. Their personal effects play an important role in the overall development of students in far-reaching. Talk education is the most common and effective way of developing ideological and political education of university students and daily management, which means that skills, types and language art of talk education play a significant role in helping university students establish correct world outlook, views on life and values and training excellent qualified personnel for our society. This article discusses about how to expand the channels and improving measures based on the status quo of practice of college counselors＇ talk education.
