摘　　要：优质的生源是培养高素质研究生的基础,招生之要就在于选招优质生源。优质的生源不仅有助于提高学校研究生的培养质量,而且有助于提高学校的科研水平。本文从目前研究生招生面临的困境和现实出发,研究基于学科特色和优势、发挥企业研究生工作站核心作用、改革培养投入机制和多渠道宣传途径,以此储备和拓展研究生优质生源。Excellent student resource is the training base of high-quality postgraduates. The essence of enrollment is the selection of outstanding students. The quality supply of postgraduates not only can improve the cultivation quality of postgraduates,but also be good to enhance the level of scientific research. In view of the current predicament and reality of postgraduate enrollment, the high-quality supply of postgraduates is reserved and expanded by highlighting the characteristics and advantages of subjects, giving play to the central role of postgraduate service stations at enterprises, reforming the training and investment mechanism, and developing multi-channel approaches.
