摘　　要：培养目标的定位是应用技术型大学发展的关键问题,依据人才类型分类,综合当今社会发展中科学技术的突飞猛进、产业升级,应用技术型大学自身发展以及受教育者自身诉求等因素,将应用技术型大学的培养目标定位为高级技术应用型人才,此类人才有其自身独特的知识、能力及素养。The key to the development of applied technology universities is to conceptualize the training objective, which is based on the classification of talents, and the development of science and technology, industry upgrades, the applied technology universities themselves and the demands of the students. The training objective is conceptualized as senior technology applied talents, and this kind of talents has their own special knowledge, ability and quality structure.
