摘 要:根据石油钻机XSL675型旋扣水龙头提环的设计图,通过UG建立其整体三维实体模型,按照API Spec 8C规范要求和材料的抗拉性能试验数据,确定本构关系和加载方式。运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,计算了提环在额定载荷和超负荷条件下的应力状况,分析了提环的应力分布规律。并根据API Spec 8C规范要求设置危险下限和安全上限,显示了提环的危险区域和安全区域,提出了改进和优化措施,为石油钻机旋扣水龙头提环的安全设计和结构优化提供参考。Based on the design drawings,XSL675rotating-screw swivel bail of oil drilling rig was modeled in three-dimension entities by using UG programming.According to the API Spec 8C specification and material tensile test data,the constitutive relation and loading mode were established.The stress states of the swivel bail with the rated load and overload were numerically investigated using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to obtain the corresponding stress distributions.After the risk and safety limits were set according to the API Spec 8Cspecification,the danger and safety areas on the swivel bail were illustrated.Finally,some improvement and optimization measures were introduced to provide the basis for the security design and structure optimization of the rotating-screw swivel bail.
