摘　　要：观察郭艳幸教授运用"平乐正骨平衡思想"治疗髌骨软化症,学习并总结其治疗经验;本文从郭教授对髌骨软化症的认识、治疗原则、治疗方法和临床病例举隅四个方面进行阐释。将郭教授临床治疗髌骨软化症的经验进行推广,为广大医者治疗髌骨软化症提供更多的建议。The paper included Professor Guo Yanxing in the treatment of chondromalacia of patellae with ＂ the balance theory of Pingle Orthopedics＂, and summarized her experience in the treatment. The paper explained it from four aspects as awareness of disease, principles of treatment, treatment methods and clinical cases examples. Now we would promote the clinical experience of Professor Guo in the treatment of patella, and provide more suggestions for the treatment of chondromalacia of patellae.
