王绍明教授藿朴夏苓汤治疗胆石症的经验分享

摘　　要：随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,胆石症已经成为普外科最常见的疾病之一,并且发病率正逐年上升。临床上对于结石数量少,直径小,临床症状轻的胆石症仍主要以保守治疗为主,王绍明教授治疗临床上常见两种中医分型"痰湿型"和"湿热型",以藿朴夏苓汤为基础方加减化裁,收效甚好,现将老师经验分享一、二。With the continuous improvement of people＇s living st andards in our country, cholelithiasis has become one of the most common diseases in department of general surgery, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year. Clinically, less number of stones, small diameter and mild clinical symptoms of cholelithiasis are mainly dominated by the conservative treatment. Professor Wang Shaoming carried out clinical treatment of common two kinds of TCM syndrome type ＂ phlegm dampness type＂ and ＂ damp heat type＂, took modified Huopu Xialing decoction as basic prescription, and obtained better effect. Now I would share the teacher ＇s experience as follows.
