中西医结合治疗慢性骨髓炎48例

摘　　要：目的探讨应用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年2月—2014年5月入住我院我科的慢性骨髓炎患者92例,随机分为A组48例,B组44例;A组应用中西医结合的方法治疗,B组应用西医手术治疗。对比住院时间;骨骼愈合时间;血常规、血沉、C反应蛋白和降钙素原数值;骨髓炎复发率等4项指标。观察2组疗效。结果 A、B两组患者均得到系统随访,随访时间为10个月。A组:住院时间(31±11)天;骨骼愈合时间(156±22)天;血常规、血沉、C反应蛋白和降钙素原数值正常时间(53±18)天;骨髓炎复发1例,给以再次手术行骨搬移术治愈。B组:住院时间(39±10)天;骨骼愈合时间(158±21)天;血常规、血沉、C反应蛋白和降钙素原数值正常时间(65±15)天;骨髓炎复发3例,给以再次手术行骨搬移术治愈。两组在骨骼愈合时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在住院时间、4项检验指标恢复正常时间、骨髓炎复发差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性骨髓炎临床疗效满意,标本兼治,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic osteomyeli-tis. Methods 92 cases of patients with chronic osteomyelitis from February 2008 to May 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases in A grope were treated with therapy of integrated medicine. 44 cases in B grope were treated with the surgical treatment. Hospitalization days, bone healing time, blood routine, ESR, CRP, PCT and recurrence rate of the two groups were com-pared. Results All cases had been followed-up by 10 months. A grope： the hospitalization days was 31±11, the bone healing time was156±22, the time back to normal of blood routine, ESR, CRP, PCT was 53 ±18. One case was relapsed, which was treated with bone move. B grope： the hospitalization days was 39 ±10, the bone healing time was 158 ±21, the time back to normal of blood routine,ESR, CRP, PCT was 65±15. Three cases were relapsed, which were treated with bone move. Bone healing time of the two groups has no statistical significantce（P 〉0.05）. Hospitalization days, the time back to normal of blood routine, ESR, CRP, PCT, the recurrence rate has statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis has satisfied clinical effect, which is worth promoting.
