中西医结合治疗妇产科术后低热44例

摘　　要：目的分析研究中西医结合治疗妇产科术后低热症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取88例妇产科术后低热症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为治疗组和对照组两组(各44例);对照组给予单纯西医治疗,治疗组给予中西医结合治疗;比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫力指标变化、不良反应等。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组实验室检查各指标值、轻度肝损伤率、肝损伤发生时间及不良反应率均显著低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能显著改善妇产科术后低热症患者免疫功能,逐步减轻其临床症状,疗效确切且安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of postoperative fever in patients with gynecologic and obstetric surgery. Methods Selecting 88 cases of patients with low fever after gynecological surgery as the research object, according to the treatment method, they were divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 44 cases. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with integrated medicine. The clinical curative effect and the change of immunity index, adverse reaction and so on of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the indexes of laboratory examination, mild liver injury, liver injury and the adverse reaction rate of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the gynecological and obstetric low fever, and gradually reduce the clinical symptoms, curative effect is accurate and safe, and is worthy of popularization and application.
