摘　　要：总结80例重症肌无力患者留置胃管期间的饮食调护,认为该病饮食护理的要点是结合中医药食同源,正确给予患者鼻饲高纤维、高蛋白,易消化吸收的流质饮食,以帮助患者度过肌无力危象。护士熟练掌握合理饮食调护,积极配合医生救治可以改善临床症状,对促进患者早日康复,减少病情反复及对延长重症肌无力患者生命也起着重要作用。In terms of summarization on the diet nursing of 80 cases of indwelling gastric tube in patients with myasthenia gravis, it is proved that the diet nursing points in patients with myasthenia gravis is combination of homology of medicine and food of traditional Chinese medicine, giving the patients high fiber, high protein and easily digested and absorbed liquid diet by nasal feeding correctly, which can help patients go through the crisis of myasthenia gravis. Nurses skilled diet nursing skills, and actively cooperated with medical treatment, which can improve the clinical symptoms, promote patients to recover earlier, reduce the patients＇ repeatedly condition, and prolong the life of patients with myasthenia gravis.
