多元化护理对男性精神病患者攻击行为的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨多元化护理对男性精神病患者攻击行为的影响。方法:选取两个封闭式管理病房的129例男性精神病患者,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组。对照组患者64例,实施精神科常规护理;干预组患者65例,实施多元化护理;用ITAQ、MOAS量表对两组患者的护理结果进行评定分析。结果:干预组患者的攻击行为评分明显减少(P<0.05);自知力与治疗态度明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:多元化护理,有效地减少了男性精神病患者攻击行为的发生。Objective: To discuss effects of diversified nursing on aggressive behaviors of male psychotics. Methods: 129 male psychotics from two closed psychiatric wards were selected and divided into intervention group and control group using the random number table. The control group (64 cases) was given the psychiatric routine nursing care, while the intervention group (65 cases) was given the diversified nursing. ITAQ and MOAS were used to analyze and assess the nursing effects. Results:Measured by MOAS, the score of the aggressive behaviors in the intervention group decreased dramatically after the intervention (P<0. 05), and their in-sights and attitudes towards treatment were much better than those control group (P<0. 001). Conclusions: The diversified nursing can effectively reduce the happening of the aggressive behaviors in the male psychotics.
