摘  要:丁家梁煤矿进行Ⅲ-2号煤长壁开采,其埋藏深度50m,下部35m位置处为Ⅳ-2号煤房柱式采空区,结合其具体开采技术条件,分析Ⅲ-2号煤为浅埋深、近距离煤层房柱式采空区复杂组合地质条件下上行开采。针对这一特殊地质条件下上行开采技术进行研究,理论计算静载条件下采空区煤柱载荷、煤柱强度,运用FLAC数值模拟软件研究煤柱在上行开采动力扰动作用下失稳破坏机理,运用UDEC数值模拟软件研究采动影响下煤柱稳定性及层间岩层承载变形特性。结果表明:高初始应力条件下,动力扰动易导致煤柱失稳;在采动影响下,煤柱变形可控,并未发生压裂式破坏,最终进入稳定流变变形阶段,房柱式采空区煤柱不会出现大面积失稳或压垮现象;层间岩层能够稳定承载,且层间岩层同步稳定下沉,不可能发生"整体切落"。针对上行开采风险因素,提出砌筑封堵矿井飓风灾害的密闭墙、加强地质保障工作、缩短Ⅳ-2号煤长壁工作面长度的针对性措施,确保了上行安全开采。Dingjialiang coal mine was using long wall mining method in Ⅲ-2 coal seam at the depth of approximately about 50 m,the position of lower about 35 m was the room and pillar goaf of Ⅳ-2 coal seam. Base on mining situation,the mining method of Ⅲ-2 coal seam was identified as ascending mining with shallow depth and room and pillar goaf in contiguous coal seam. The paper studied the ascending mining method under special geological situation,goaf coal pillar loading under static loading and strength were calculated,detailed FLAC numerical model was conducted to evaluate the instability failure mechanism of coal pillar,which induced by ascending mining way,and detailed UDEC numerical model was conducted to evaluate pillar stability and loading deformation characters of interlayer strata stratum. The results showed that coal pillar would be instability as dynamic pressure influence in high initial stress,the deformation of coal pillar under mining influence could be controlled easily,without fracturing damage phenomena,stable rheological deformation phase would appeared at the end,without large area instability and collapse phenomenon around goaf under mining method of room and pillar,interlayer strata was stability and subsidence at the same time,‘whole cutting'would not happen. To the risk of ascending mining,some measures were put forward,which included masonry enclose air stopping,reinforce geological investment and shorten the length of long wall face in Ⅳ-2 coal seam,all measurements ensured ascending mining safety.
