摘 要:针对寺河矿二号井15号煤层大巷受叠加应力影响导致巷道围岩变得极为破碎、变形量大的特点,在地质力学测试的基础上,结合巷道变形破坏情况对其破坏机理进行分析。通过UDEC数值模拟论证了注浆对破碎围岩的加固作用,最终确定对寺河二号矿15号煤层3条大巷两帮和底板采用先注浆后打锚索的注浆加固技术方案。矿压监测结果表明,该方案可有效地控制大巷变形,为类似条件下的破碎巷道加固技术提供了参考。Surrounding rock of main road in No. 15 coal seam of No. 2 shaft of Sihe coal mine had became extremely broken and large deformation as superimposed stress influence,surrounding rock broken mechanism was analyzed on the basis of in-situ stress test and roadway deformation and broken situation. Detailed numerical model with UDEC was conducted to demonstrated the grouting reinforcement effect on cracked surrounding rock,the grouting reinforcement method that first grouting then supporting with cable was applied to two sides and floor of three main roadway in No. 15 coal seam of No. 2 shaft of Sihe coal mine,the results of rock pressure monitoring showed that the deformation of main roadway could be controlled effectively,it provided reference for similar situation.
