摘　　要：在全球化的时代背景下,世纪末的田园牧歌小说显示出了"文化保守主义"的特质,当面对现代文明和传统农业文化发生冲突时,田园牧歌派作家们毅然选择着坚守古老的文化传统,守护心中的那块净土,他们在回归故乡、回归自然中找到了自己心灵的慰藉,在对根的追寻中表现了一种文化保守主义者的意绪。Under the background of the era of globalization, at the end of the century pastoral novels show the feature of 'cultural conservatism'. When faced with the conflict of modern civilization and traditional agricultural culture, the writers of pastoral novel choose to stick to old cultural traditions of the land and to guard the pure land in their hearts. They get the comfort on their way back to nature. And they show cultural conservatism in their pursuit of their own roots.
