摘 要:为了研究不同温湿度条件对灰葡萄孢分泌细胞壁降解酶的影响,利用人工气候箱设置15个环境处理组合,测定番茄叶片4种细胞壁降解酶(CX、PG、PMG和β-葡萄糖苷酶)的活性及最高酶活出现时间,并以此为依据确定抑制和促进病害发展的环境条件。结果表明:在温度25℃相对湿度85%的条件下,4种酶达到的活性最高,分别为9.9649,12.8910,14.2010,28.6719U·mg^(-1),其中PMG的最高酶活显著高于其他3种酶的最高酶活。不同温湿度条件下4种酶达到最高酶活所用的时间不同,4种酶在温度23℃相对湿度100%的条件下达到最高酶活所用时间最短,分别为16,18,16,16h,而在温度15℃相对湿度70%的条件下所用时间最长,分别为46,48,46,46h,其中PG的最高酶活出现的时间滞后于其他3种酶2~14h。综上,温度23℃相对湿度100%的条件下灰葡萄孢的侵染最快,温度15℃相对湿度70%的条件下侵染最慢,灰霉病完成侵染的时间为16~48h,PMG在灰葡萄孢侵染过程中变化最活跃。In order to study the effect of different conditions of temperature and humidity on Botrytis cinerea secretion cell wall degrading enzymes, fifteen environment treatments were set by using artificial climate chamber. The activity of four kinds of cell wall degrading enzyme(CX, PG, PMG and β-glucosidase) in tomato leaves and the time when they reached the highest activity were measured, and inhibition and promotion of environmental conditions on disease development were determined. The results showed that under environment conditions of 25℃ and relative humidity of 85%, four kinds of enzymes reached the highest activities,9.9649, 12.8910, 14.2010, 28.6719 U·mg^(-1). The highest activity of PMG was significantly higher than that of other three kinds of enzymes. The times of four enzymes under different environment conditions reached the highest activities were different. These four enzymes reached the highest activities with the shortest time under the condition of 23℃ and 100% relative humidity, 16 h, 18 h,16h, 16 h, respectively. And at the condition of 15℃ and 70% relative humidity, the times of four enzymes reached the highest activity were the longest, 46 h, respectively, 48, 46, 46 h, respectively. The highest activity of PG appeared later than the other three kinds of enzymes by 2-14 h. Therefore, the infection of Botrytis cinerea was fastest under the environment condition of 23℃, 100%relative humidity, and the infection of Botrytis cinerea was the slowest under the environment condition of 23℃, 100% relative humidity. The time of Botrytis cinerea finished infection was between 16-48 h. PMG was the most active enzyme in the infection process of Botrytis cinerea.
