摘　　要：系留气球是依靠浮力升空执行任务的一类飞行器,其搭载摄像机升空,可从空中实现对地面的视频监控,可成为城市反恐的重要技术手段。分析了系留气球空中视频监控的原理及特点,并对其在城市反恐作战中的应用进行了初步的研究,可为系留气球在该领域的推广应用提供一定的参考。Tethered balloon is a kind of aircraft that rises with buoyancy to perform a task .It can be e‐quipped with cameras to achieve video surveillance on the ground from the sky ,w hich will be an important technology used for urban anti‐terrorism .T he principle and characteristic of aerial video surveillance based on tethered balloon was given .A preliminary analysis of the application prospect in urban anti‐terrorism was carried out .It can provide some reference for the application of tethered balloon in urban anti‐terror‐ism .
