康妇炎胶囊联合左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎及人工流产术后患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康复炎胶囊联合左氧氟沙星(Levofloxacin,LVFX)、甲硝唑(Metronidazole,MTZ)治疗盆腔炎及人工流产术后患者的疗效。方法:随机选取240例患有盆腔炎的女性患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例。观察组患者给予康复炎胶囊联合左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗;对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治疗。另选人工流产手术后接受预防治疗的患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组患者给予康复炎胶囊联合左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗;对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治疗,比较各组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为97.5%,与对照组的有效率82.5%比较,具有显著性的差异(P<0.01);对人工流产手术后患者预防治疗,观察组患者的月经量、复潮时间、子宫内膜厚度和术后小腹疼痛程度及盆腔炎的复发情况,均优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:使用康复炎胶囊联合左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗妇科疾病盆腔炎及人工流产术后患者的预防疗效优于左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑。Objective: To observe effects of Kangfuyan capsules combined with levofloxacin ( LVFX ) and metronidazole ( MTZ) in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease and related diseases after induces abortion. Methods:240 cases with pelvic inflam-matory disease were selected and randomly divided into observation group ( n=120 ) and control group ( n=120 ) . The observation group was treated with Kangfuyan capsules combined with LVFX and MTZ, while the control group was treated with LVFX and MTZ. Another 200 cases after induces abortion for preventive treatment were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=100) and control group (n=100). Also, the observation group was treated with Kangfuyan capsules combined with LVFX and MTZ. The treatment effects were compared. Results:The total effective rates of observation group and control group (240 cases with pelvic in-flammatory disease) were 97. 5% and 82. 5%, respectively, and the difference was significant (P<0. 01). For those after induces a-bortion for the preventive treatment, the amount of menstruation, menses return time, endometrial thickness, postoperative abdominal pain and pelvic inflammatory disease recurrence of observation group were better than those of control group, and differences were sig-nificant (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The Kangfuyan capsules combined with LVFX and MTZ in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory dis-ease and for the preventive treatment after induced abortion has better effects than LVFX combined with MTZ.
