摘 要:目的应用《中国药典》2015年版黏附力测定法第四法(黏着力的测定),检测贴膏剂的质量。方法研究了66批橡胶膏剂、19批凝胶膏剂和3批贴剂的黏着力,并考察了仪器精密度与通用性、温度、湿度及贴膏剂材料等因素对黏着力方法建立的影响。结果温度和湿度对黏着力影响相对较大,橡胶膏剂的黏着力差别较大,凝胶膏剂普遍存在黏着力低的问题。结论该方法操作简便、重复性好、准确性高,适用于贴膏剂黏着力的检测。AIM To detect the qualities of cataplasms according to the fourth method( determination of adhesive power) available in Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition). METHODS The adhesive forces of 66 batches of adhesive plasters,nineteen batches of hydrogel plaster,and three batches of sticking plasters were examined.We considered the influence due to the instrumental precision and universality,temperature and humidity on adhesive forces. RESULTS The elements of temperature and humidity were found to be significant in affecting the adhesive forces. Adhesive plasters varied considerably in the adhesion forces. And the low adhesive forces generally existed in hydrogel plasters. CONCLUSION Holding advantages in terms of simple operation,good reproducibility and high accuracy,the method is suitable to identify the cataplasm adhesion force.
