摘 要:目的采用原子吸收光谱法,测定回生甘露丸(石灰华、红花、檀香、石榴子等)中重金属铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)的含有量。方法丸剂研成粉末,加入混合酸液(HNO3∶HCl O4=4∶1),应用原子吸收分光光度法测定其中这些重金属的含有量。结果该方法线性关系良好,检出限分别为0.093 8 mg/L(Cu)、0.017 39 mg/L(Pb)、0.002 1 mg/L(Cd)、0.096 77μg/L(As)和0.567 57μg/L(Hg),加样回收率及RSD分别为92.9%,0.35%;90.7%,0.17%;91.0%,0.49%;107.3%,0.078%和112.5%,1.4%。4个厂家生产的回生甘露丸都有一定程度的重金属超标。结论该方法可加强回生甘露丸中的重金属检查,以完善其质量控制。AIM To determine the contents of five heavy metals( Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg) in Huisheng Ganlu Pills( Calcareous tufa,Carthami Tinctorii Flos,Santali Albi Lignum,Punicae Granati Semen,etc.) by atomic absorption spectrometry. METHODS The pills were pulverized and added with the mixture of HNO3-HCl O4( 4 ∶ 1),then atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS) was applied to identifing the contents of these heavy metals.RESULTS This method exhibited a good linear relationship. The detection limits of Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg were 0. 093 8 mg / L,0. 017 39 mg / L,0. 002 1 mg / L,0. 096 77 μg / L and 0. 567 57 μg / L,and their recoveries were 92. 9%,90. 7%,91. 0%,107. 3% and 112. 5% with the RSDs of 0. 35%,0. 17%,0. 49%,0. 078% and1. 4%,respectively. Heavy metals in Huisheng Ganlu Pills from four manufacturers all exceeded limits to some degree. CONCLUSION This method can intensify the detection of heavy metals in Huisheng Ganlu Pills to improve the quality control of this drug.
