摘 要:目的研究砂仁Amomi Fructus挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱与其镇痛作用的关系。方法 GC-MS法建立18批不同产地砂仁挥发油的指纹图谱,醋酸致小鼠扭体实验研究其镇痛作用,灰色关联度法研究谱效关系。结果 GC-MS指纹图谱中有7个共有峰,与挥发油的镇痛作用有一定关联(0.858~0.718),大小依次为樟脑〉乙酸龙脑酯〉龙脑〉匙叶桉油烯〉D-柠檬烯〉莰烯〉月桂烯。结论砂仁挥发油的镇痛作用为多组分联合效应的结果。AIM To study the relationship between the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) fingerprints of essential oil from Amomi Fructus and its analgesia effect. METHODS The fingerprints of eighteen batches of essential oil from Amomi Fructus from different growing areas were established by GC-MS. The analgesia effect was tested by frequency body torsion caused by acetic acid in mice. The relationship between fingerprints and analgesia effect was analyzed by grey correlation. RESULTS There were seven common peaks in GC-MS fingerprints. All the common peaks had a certain correlation with the analgesia effect( 0. 858-0. 718) with the rank of camphor bornyl acetate borneol spathulenol D-limonene camphene myrcene. CONCLUSION The analgesia effect of essential oil from Amomi Fructus is the result of multicomponent combined effect.
