第二产程时间对产后盆底肌力的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨第二产程时间对顺产妇的产后盆底肌力的影响。方法：回顾性分析2014年3月至2015年3月360例经阴道分娩初产妇的临床资料。按第二产程时间分为3组,即：A组（〈1小时）、B组（1~2小时）和C组（〉2小时）,比较各组之间产妇盆底肌力的差异。结果：3组产妇产后盆底Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力值全部异常;Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力异常率分别为86.0%、90.3%和77.8%,肌力异常率比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：第二产程时间的长短并不影响顺产初产妇的产后盆底肌力。Objective： To explore the effects of the duration of second stage of labor on postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength. Methods： Clinical data of 360 primiparas with vaginal delivery were collected and retrospectively analyzed from March 2014 to March 2015. According to the duration of second stage of labor,they were divided into three groups： Group A（ 1 h）,Group B（ 1-2 h） and Group C（ 2 h）. The pelvic floor muscle strength were compared and analyzed. Results： The type Ⅰ fiber strength of all groups were abnormal. and the abnormal rates of type Ⅱ muscle fiber strength of three groupswere 86. 0%,90. 3%,77. 8% respectively,which show no significant differences（ P0. 05）. Conclusions： The duration of the second stage of labor does not affect postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength.
