HPLC法同时测定壮药愈疡散中紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定壮药愈疡散中紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent ODS,流动相为乙腈-水（梯度洗脱）,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为5μl。结果：紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷检测进样量线性范围分别为0.71~3.55（r=0.999 7）、1.62~8.10μg（r=0.999 8）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈3%;加样回收率试验分别为100.8%~104.9%（RSD=1.7%,n=6）、96.0%~100.8%（RSD=2.2%,n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、稳定、重复性好,可用于壮药愈疡散中紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷含量的同时测定。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of syringinand and pedunculoside in Zhuang medicine Yuyang powder. METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent ODS with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（gradient elution）at a flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 210 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 5 μl. RESULTS：The linear range was 0.71-3.55 μg for syringin（r=0.999 7）and 1.62-8.10 μg for pedunculoside（r=0.999 8）, respectively; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%; recoveries were100.8%-104.9%（RSD=1.7%,n=6）and 96.0%-100.8%（RSD=2.2%,n=6）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of syringinand and pedunculoside in Zhuang medicine Yuyang powder.
