CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道用低胶凝材料用量自密实混凝土的制备与性能

摘　　要：通过调整自密实混凝土配合比,配制了胶凝材料用量为390~580 kg/m3的自密实混凝土,对比了不同胶凝材料用量自密实混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、收缩性能和耐久性能,推荐了最佳配合比,并进行了工程应用。试验结果表明:胶凝材料用量为420~520 kg/m3时,自密实混凝土的流动性和黏聚性达到和谐统一;胶凝材料用量>420 kg/m3时,自密实混凝土力学性能均能满足《高速铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土暂行技术条件》(TJ/GW 112—2013)要求;从体积稳定性看,干燥收缩受胶凝材料用量和用水量的双重影响,宜尽量选择胶凝材料用量小且用水量小的自密实混凝土配合比;不同胶凝材料用量自密实混凝土的电通量差别不大。从自密实混凝土综合性能来看,高速铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土配合比推荐胶凝材料用量为470 kg/m3的3#混凝土配合比。Self-compacting concrete with cementitious material content varying from 390 kg/m^3 to 580 kg/m^3 was prepared by adjusting self-compacting concrete mixture ratio,the working performance,mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and durability of self-compacting concrete with different cementitious material content were compared,the best mixture ratio was recommended and used in the engineering construction.The results showed that liquidity and adhesiveness of self-compacting concrete are harmonious and unified when cementitious material content was from 420 kg/m^3 to 520 kg/m^3,mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete could satisfy the requirement of standard for Self-Compacting Concrete Provisional Technical Conditions of CRTS Ⅲ Slab-type Ballastless Track in High Speed Railway（TJ/GW 112—2013） standard when cementitious material content was greater than 420kg/m^3,dry shrinkage is influenced by cementitious material content and water usage according to volume stability,which means self-compacting concrete mixture ratio should have low cementitious material content and low water usage,and electric flux of the self-compacting concrete with different cementitious material content has little difference.Considering overall performance of self-compacting concrete,3~# concrete mixture ratio with cementitious material content of 470 kg/m^3 was recommended as self-compacting concrete mixture ratio in the high speed railway CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track.
