摘　　要：中国工业遗产的保护正处于起步和发展阶段,亟待建立对其认定和保护的成熟体系。在对日本近代产业遗产认定及保护的两个主要体系——文化厅的"近代化遗产"体系(近代、产业、交通、土木遗产)以及经济产业省的"近代化产业遗产"体系介绍的基础上,阐述世界遗产层面的日本近代产业遗产的保护现状。通过对日本产业遗产认定与保护的研究,为我国相关工作提供借鉴。To establish an identification and conservation system is the important work for the protection of Chinese industrial heritage in start stage. At first, the thesis analyzed the two main systems of identification and conservation of industrial heritage in Japan： one is ＂modern heritage＂ system of The Ministry of Culture; the other is ＂modern industrial heritage＂ system of The Ministry of Economy and Industry. And then, the thesis analysed the conservation of modern industrial heritage with world heritage system in Japan. Through the study on identification and conservation of industrial heritage in Japan, this thesis provided a reference for the relevant work in China.
