摘 要:为研究活性粉末混凝土(钢管RPC)充填钢管形成轴压短柱的力学性能,基于统一强度理论和厚壁圆筒理论,考虑构件的界面黏结性能和尺寸效应,推导圆形、方形钢管RPC短柱轴压承载力统一解,探讨强度理论参数、套箍指标和RPC强度的影响特性。结果表明:各参数对构件承载力有显著影响;考虑界面黏结及尺寸效应的轴压承载力计算结果与试验结果吻合更好。通过统计分析,验证对比理论公式与技术规程中构件承载力的计算方法,最后给出圆形及方形钢管RPC轴压短柱极限承载力建议实用计算公式。In order to study the axial compressive mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete (RPC) filled circular and square steel tube, the unified solutions of bearing capacity with consideration of interface bonding performance and size effect were derived based on the unified strength theory and thick-walled cylinder theory. Parametric studies are carried out to investigate the influence characteristics of the unified strength theory parameter, confinement index and RPC strength. The results showed that the influence of parameters on the bearing capacity was significant. The calculation resuhs with regard for interface bond and size effect matched better with the experimental data. Based on the statistical analysis, practical calculation formulas for axial compression bearing capacity were proposed.
