摘 要:通过对4块高性能复合砂浆钢筋网薄层(HPFL)加固的预制空心板试件与1块素水泥砂浆加固预制空心板的对比试件抗弯性能试验,研究加固板体平面外的抗弯性能。试验结果表明:采用HPFL加固能显著提高预制空心板平面外抗弯性能,有效抑制拼接裂缝和板体坍塌。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对试验工况进行了数值模拟,在模型基础上进一步分析了加固板体抗弯性能的影响因素,结果表明:有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,能较为准确地模拟试验工况;HPFL能同时提高不同尺寸预制空心板的抗弯性能;预制空心板强度和加固面层配筋率对抗弯性能影响较小;随着加固面层复合砂浆强度提高和加固条带尺寸增大,预制空心板抗弯性能可得到显著提升。Abstract:Flexural behavior tests were carried out for four pieces of precast hollow-core slabs reinforced by high perforcement ferrocement layer (HPFL) and one piece of precast hollow-core slab reinforced by plain cement mortar specimens, to study flexural behavior of strengthening slabs. The test results showed that HPFL reinforcement could improve flexural behavior of strengthening slabs and inhibit splicing cracks and plate body collapse effectively. Through commercial software ANSYS the test conditions were simulated, and the influential factors of reinforced slabs' flexural behavior were further analyzed based on the model. The results showed that finite element analysis results were in good agreement with experiment results, which could precisely simulate test conditions; HPFL could improve flexural behavior of different size of slabs. Strength of slabs and surface steel ratio had less influence on flexural behavior. With the improvement of strengthening mortar strength and strengthening band size, flexural behavior of the slabs could be improved significantly.
