摘  要:为提高某选厂重选段钨锡回收率,首先通过生产流程查定确定磨矿流程不合理造成钨锡过粉是影响钨锡回收率的主要原因。针对此问题进行了深入试验研究,遵循粗收早收原则,采用闭路磨矿取代开路磨矿,全流程对比试验结果表明,新流程在精矿钨锡品位略有提高的前提下,钨锡回收率分别提高了5.7和1.56个百分点。In order to improve the gravity separation recovery of tungsten-tin ore in a concentrator, the production process was firstly checked out. It was found that over-grinding of tungsten and tin, which was caused by unreasonable grinding process, was determined as the main factor. Then, experimental researches were carried out deeply on this problem. The closed circuit grinding was carried out to replace the current open circuit grinding in terms of the principle of recycling coarsely and early. The contrast test results showed that, based on slight increase of tungsten and tin grade in concentrate. the tungsten and tin recovery rates were respectively increased by 5.70 and 1.56 percent through closed circuit grinding.
