摘 要:自然风压对矿井通风系统稳定性的影响主要表现在其对风机工况的影响,为了提高大红山Ⅰ^#铜矿井通风系统的稳定性,实测并计算矿井夏季和冬季的自然风压大小,然后利用gambit建立矿井模型,运用基于UDF的Fluent模拟实测条件下其自然风压大小,与实测值进行对比,在得到吻合度较高的结果后,模拟极端气候条件下,自然风压的大小和方向,并作出自然风压与风机联合运行曲线图,得出实际的风机工况点参数,冬季、夏季的1、2、3号风机工况点均落在出厂性能29°安装角的曲线上,总体认为作用在Ⅰ#铜矿井主通风机上的自然风压不会影响当前风机运行的稳定性。The Influence of natural wind pressure on the stability of mine ventilation system is mainly manifested in its effect on the fan operating conditions. In order to improve the stability of ventilation system in the No.1 copper mine of Dahongshan, the amounts of the natural wind pressure in winter and summer were measured and calculated. Then, the mine model was established by gambit, and the fluent simulation based on the UDF was carried out to measure the natural wind pressure under actual conditions. Compared with the measured values, the simulated results were in high degree of coincidence. Through temperature, the amount and the simulation under extreme direction of natural wind pressure were obtained, and the combined operation curve of the fan with the natural wind pressure was drawn. Thereby, the parameters of actual fan operating condition were obtained. The operating points of the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 fans in winter and summer were located in the curve of installation angle 29°under factory performance. Overall, the natural wind pressure acting on the main fan of the No. 1 copper mine would not affect the stability of the current fan.
