摘　　要：研制了一种古建筑水性膨胀型防火涂料,通过正交试验对涂料配方进行优化,并按照优化配方进行了中试生产,样品经国家防火建筑材料质量监督检验中心检测,各项性能指标均符合GB 12441—2005《饰面型防火涂料》标准要求。该水性膨胀型防火涂料性能优良,可用于木质古建筑的防火保护。A kind of aqueous intumescent fire-retardant coating for ancient buildings was developed in this paper. The formula of the coating was optimized by orthogonal experimental method. The pilot production was carried out in accordance with the optimized formulation. The final sample was tested by China National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials. All the performance Indexes met the requirements of GB 12441-2005 ＂Finishing fire retardant paint＂. Therefore,the aqueous intumescent fire-retardant coating developed in this paper can be used for the waterproof protection of ancient wooden buildings.
