摘 要:以癸酸(CA)-十六醇(H)二元低共熔混合物为储能材料,沸石相陶粒为载体,采用真空吸附法制备了复合相变材料,并采用XRD、SEM、DSC和FTIR对其结构和性能进行分析。结果表明:75%CA+25%H相变材料的相变开始温度为19.3℃,相变潜热为169.28 J/g;未经过水热处理的陶粒主要为石英相,其对CA-H的吸附率为31%,经过20h碱性溶液处理后的陶粒主要为沸石相,其对CA-H的物理吸附率达42%,对应的相变开始温度为20℃,相变潜热为41.48 J/g;与未处理陶粒相比,沸石相陶粒复合储能材料的储能性能显著提升。Zeolite ceramsite and binary eutectic mixture of capric acid (CA)-hexadecanol (H) were selected to form phase change energy storage composites. Phase change energy storage composites were measured by means of XRD,SEM,DSC and FFIR. The results indicated that the melting temperature of binary eutectic mixture(75%CA+25%H) was 19.3℃ and the melting enthalpy was 169.28 J/g. The adsorption amount of untreated ceramsite of quartz was 31%. After the alkaline hydrothermal reaction of 20 h, the adsorption amount of ceramsite increased to 42% because of the formation of phillipsite. The melting temperature and the la- tent heat of the composite PCM of zeolite ceramsite were 20℃ and 41.48 J/g respectively. Compared with the composite PCM of untreated ceramsite,the properties of the composite PCM of zeolite ceramsite were improved obviously.
