摘 要:低温熟料(LWC)以12CaO·7Al_2O_3(C_(12)A_7)和2CaO·SiO_2(C_2S)为胶凝性矿物成分,属于绿色水泥基材料。研究了低温熟料对硅酸盐水泥水化的影响,测试了水泥的凝结时间、早期化学收缩、力学性能和砂浆限制膨胀率,观察了掺低温熟料的水泥浆体微观形貌。结果表明,低温熟料促进了水泥水化硬化;10%低温熟料、75%P·Ⅱ硅酸盐水泥和15%粉煤灰构成的三元胶凝材料3 d、28 d抗压强度分别为31.0、68.2MPa,3 d、28 d抗折强度分别为6.3、9.5 MPa;复掺硬石膏,低温熟料提高了钙矾石生成量,可补偿水泥基材料的收缩。低温熟料可部分替代硅酸盐熟料生产通用硅酸盐水泥。Low temperature clinker (LWC) consisting of 12CaO·7A1203 (C12A7) and 2CaO·Si02 (C2S) belongs to green cemen- titious material. In order to understand effect of LWC on Portland cement hydration,the present research investigated setting time, early chemical shrinkage and mechanical properties of cement and restricted expansion rate of mortar. And the microstructure of hardened cement paste was observed. It is indicated that LWC accelerates setting and hardening behavior of cement. The 3 d,28 d compressive strength of the ternary cementitious comprising of 75% of P·Ⅱ Portland cement and 10% of LWC and 15% of fly ash were 31.0 MPa and 68.2 MPa,while 3 d, 28 d tensile strength were 6.3 MPa and 9.5 MPa respectively. More ettringite formation contributes the shrinkage compensation of cementitious" materials resulted by mixing with anbydrite. Low temperature clinker can partly replace Portland cement clinker to manufacture common Portland cement.
