摘  要:污泥焚烧灰SO_3含量较高,直接利用会带来水泥安定性问题。通过限制水泥中的SO_3含量,研究了不同掺量的污泥焚烧灰对水泥性能的影响。结果表明,污泥焚烧灰掺量增加,水泥标准稠度需水量显著提高,对初凝时间影响不大,终凝时间有所延长;自然养护下污泥焚烧灰能补偿水泥部分收缩,水中养护下掺污泥焚烧灰水泥的线性膨胀率增大,但总体可控:适量污泥焚烧灰对水泥强度无负面影响甚至后期有所提高;污泥焚烧灰影响水泥化学结合水的生成量,进而影响水泥水化程度。The SO3 content of sludge incineration ash is higher, direct use in the cement can cause stability problems. Through limiting the SO3 content of cement,the influence of different amount of sludge incineration ash on cement performance impact was researched. The results showed that as the amount of sludge incineration ash increased,water requirement of cement standard consistency improved significantly,the initial setting time has little effect,and the final setting time is prolonged. By natu- ral curing, sludge incineration ash can compensate the shrinkage of cement,but can compensate for the early shrinkage of the ce- ment,the addition of sludge incineration ash in water conservation improved the linear expansion rate of cement,but in overall control. The appropriate amount of sludge incineration ash has no negative effect on the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement,and can even be improved. Sludge incineration ash affects the formation of cement and water, and then affect the degree of hydration of cement.
