航空数控弯管精确下料计算与程序实现

摘　　要：根据传统数控弯管加工理论,考虑航空导管装配要求的特殊性,同时依托大量现场实践经验数据,对航空导管数控加工精确下料计算中涉及的各项参数,如回弹、延伸及工艺补偿进行了整和与研究,得出了其精确数学计算表达式。同时,基于Lab VIEW软件对该计算方法进行了程序实现。实际试用表明,该程序操作简单、计算精度较高,很好地保证了航空导管两端端口尺寸,提高了航空导管的装配精度与质量。According to the traditional CNC tube bending processing theory, considering the particularity of aviation tube assemblingrequiring, combining with a large number of field practice data, various parameters which involved in the precision cutting calculation of the aviation tube CNC bending, such as resilience, extension and process compensation have been integrated and researched. A precise mathematical calculation expression has been obtained. Meanwhile, based on LabVIEW software platform,the calculation program has been achieved. The actual trial showed that the program operation is very simple and the calculation method has high accuracy, ensuring very good at both ends of the aviation tube port size, increasing the assembly precision and quality of theaviation tube.
